[Light explorer][HiDPI] 'Light' tab text is cut off when changing window size
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Change DPI to 125% or higher in Windows 10 display settings
3. Open Light Explorer
4. Slowly change window's width
Actual results: When scaling window 'L' letter is cut off
Expected results: None of the tab text is cut off
Reproduced with: 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b7, 2018.2.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.13f1, 2018.1.9f2
Regression introduced in: 2018.2.4f1
Notes:
- Also reproducible in the 'Occlusion' window.
