[scripting] UnityEngine.dll at root of project causes build warnings and runtime error messages
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Build to Windows with "Development Build" on
3. Run the build
Notice when the console opens outputs that "Level0 is corrupted. Remove it and launch unity again".
Removing it and launching it again does not help.
In editor everything works perfectly, and no errors are outputted.
