[LEGO Microgame] Tutorial UI stutters while in PlayMode with free Camera movement
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new "LEGO Microgame" Unity project
2. In the Welcome Dialog, select "Load Tutorials"
3. Start the "Get started" Tutorial
4. After Entering PlayMode in step 2/9, observe the Tutorial UI
5. Press the "Tab" key, observe the Tutorial UI
Expected result: The UI does not stutter in any scenario
Actual result: When the player has the option to look around with the camera, the Tutorial UI stutters, without even having to move the Camera. If the Camera movement is blocked (such as via the "Tab" key), the Tutorial UI no longer stutters.
Reproducible with: 2.2.1 (2021.3.1f1), 2.2.2 (2021.3.16f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.2.3 (2020.3.44f1), 2.1.2 (2021.3.0f1)
Could not test with: 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25 (LEGO Microgame Template not available)
Fixed in: 2.2.3 (2021.3.16f1)
Tested on: Windows 10
