errors when changing Rect Transform width in Layout Element component
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "Repro" scene
3. Select Canvas/HorizontalSplitter/Layout Group/Layout Element# 1 in hierarchy
4. In "Layout Element" component change "Preferred Width" value
Expected behavior: successfully changed value
Actual behavior: errors in console "Trying to add (Layout Rebuilder for) Layout (UnityEngine.RectTransform) for layout rebuild while we are already inside a layout rebuild loop. This is not supported."

Layout only breaks when Pixel Perfect is off on the canvas.
