ITestPlayerBuildModifier.ModifyOptions is not being called when running tests on a device
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Main Menu -> Window -> General -> Test Runner
3. Press "Run all in player (Android)"
4. Observe the Console. There's a "Build Modify" message logged
5. Update the Test Framework package to 1.1.9
6. Run the tests again
7. Observe the Console
Actual: There's no "Build Modify" log in the Console meaning ITestPlayerBuildModifier.ModifyOptions not getting called
Reproducible with: Test Framework 1.1.9
Fix should be available in Test Framework 1.1.12
