"ISpriteEditorDataProvider could not be found" error is thrown when Importing 2D SpriteShape package
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Try to add 2D SpriteShape package
Expected result: Package is added without any issues
Actual result: Package is not added correctly and "ISpriteEditorDataProvider could not be found" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.22f, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
Notes:
Tested with 1.0.10, 1.0.11, 1.0.12 package versions
Reproducible only with 2019.2.0a7
