[iOS][WebGL] Memory leak when using UI Toolkit
How to reproduce
1. Build and Run the attached Project on an iOS device
2. Observe the memory usage of the running Application
or:
1. Build and Run the attached Project on WebGL
2. Open Activity Monitor and observe the memory of the localhost:port tab
Expected result: The used memory remains stable
Actual result: The used memory keeps rising
Reproduced on: 2023.3.0a11 (User-supplied information)
Testing environment:
- MacOS (Macbook Pro M1 Max), Safari - user-supplied information
