[iOS] The safe area value changes when reopening the app in Landscape orientation
*Steps:*
# Open the attached "ScreenOrientation20174-TestProject" project
# Build and Run for iOS Platform
# In the application make sure that the "Portrait" orientation is selected
# Press "Landscape Left" or "Landscape Right" button
# Observe the Safe Area values
# Minimize the app and then reopen it
# Observe the Safe Area values again
*Expected:* Values stay the same as before minimizing the app
*Actual:* Values jump back to original resolution values, and a line at the bottom where the swipe indicator is - disappears
