[iOS] Text Input field stops receiving changes when the "Cancel" button is used on the soft keyboard

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-133079” project
2. Build and Run the iOS Player
3. In the Player, click on the Input field
4. Click “Cancel” on the soft keyboard
5. Click on the Input field again
6. Try to edit the input
7. Observe the Input field in the Player

Actual result: The Input field text does not change
Expected result: The Input field text changes

Reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.0b6, 6000.5.0a1, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.21f1, 6000.0.61f1

Testing environment: macOS 26.2

Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00634 - iPhone 15 Plus (MU0Y3QN/A), CPU: t8120, OS: 18.2.1

Not reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00641 - Google Pixel 9 (Pixel 9), CPU: -, GPU: Mali-G715, OS: 15

Workaround: Clicking anywhere outside the Text input field resets it and allow to edit it again

Note: Reproducible with TextMeshPro and Legacy Input fields
