[iOS][Shaders] Indirect compute shader doesn't work on A7 soc
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by QA or use [Shaders] FTP project from qa-project-share collab
2. Build ShaderTest_Custom_ComputeShader_Indirect scene
3. Run build on iOS device
Expected result: Cube on the left should be rendered correctly (pink textured cube)
Actual result: Cube is rendered incorrectly (black)
Reproduced on: iPad Mini 2 iOS 9.2.1, iPhone 5s iOS 9.3.3, iPad Mini 3 iOS 10.3
Not reproducible on: iPad Pro iOS 11.4, iPad Mini 4 iOS 11.4, iPhone SE iOS 10.0, iPhone 6s iOS 11.3
Reproduced with: Unity 2018.3.0a6 (da73f99a4e02), 2017.4.6f1, 2017.2.2p2
Fixed in Unity 2018.3.0a10
