[iOS] ReplayKit state is not handled correctly in some cases when it becomes unusable
To Reproduce:
1. Build and run the attache project on an iOS9 device.
2. Click the "Start Recording" button on the right.
3. Click the "PlayVideoFull" button on the left.
4. Observe that sometimes after this, the ReplayKit Recording stops with:
"Domain=com.apple.ReplayKit RPRecordingErrorDomain Code=-5804 (null)" error in ReplayKit.lastError"
and also the video fails to play with:
"[prepareAsset]Error: Cannot Complete Action"
After this error ReplayKit.StartRecording can still be used, but it seem to be in a completely broken state - the video is not actually recorded and the preview window is unusable (see attached screenshot)
