[iOS] Real-time shadows are not rendered on iOS 13 device
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Build and Run project on a device
3) Observe: No real-time shadows

Resolution Note:
This is caused by CommandBuffer.SetGlobalDepthBias() on iOS 13 devices. Get's fixed by updating the device.
