[iOS][Android] Point light lights scene incorrectly in Survival Shooter
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project (or import Survival Shooter from the Asset Store to a blank project).
2) Build and deploy to an iOS device.
3) When the app launches, tap the screen to shoot.
Editor works as expected. The attached project has the lights re-baked. If the project is built without manually re-baking first, the whole scene is lit be the point light instead of only a small cone in front of the player. After re-baking the lighting, only small areas scattered around the scene are lit. Tested with Metal and GLES2.
Reproduced on:
iPhone SE, 10.0
iPad Pro 9.7", 9.3
iPad Mini, 7.0.2

Resolution Note:
Does not reproduce with LWRP build. As it is not a regression and it is using the legacy rendering pipeline, the bug is going to be closed as we are focusing on LWRP going forward.
