[iOS] OnApplicationPause(false) is never called when Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie video is finished
To Reproduce:
1. Build and deploy the attached project to any iOS device.
2. Play a video files in any mode (use the buttons in the bottom)
3. Wait until the video is finished and observe that, that:
"___ Application is _PAUSED" is printed in the xcode console console
(iOnApplicationPause in GameCenter.cs _PAUSED is printed when OnApplicationPause is called with true ")
4. Move the app to background and reopen it, observe that:
"___ Application is RESUMED is printed" (it's printed when OnApplicationPause is called with false).
It would make sense to call OnApplicationPause(false) instead of OnApplicationPause(true) (or both of them in the correct order) in this case.
It's the same with the old Video Player implementation (5.2 and earlier).

We still are experiencing this issue on a Samsung GT-N8013 with Unity 5.4.1p4 and Android 6.0.1 using a .mp4 video.
