[iOS] [Mobile Notifications] Notification title and/or body has a whitespace string when using an empty string
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "NotificationsTest" project
2. In the menu bar, press "File" > "Build Settings..."
3. Switch to iOS platform and build the project
4. Deploy the project to the device
(The following steps are made on the device)
5. Allow the app to throw notifications
6. Suspend the app by double-tapping the Home screen button
7. Open the app
Expected result: Notifications that show up don't have a whitespace title/body
Actual result: Notifications that show up have a whitespace title/body
Reproduces on:preview.9-1.0.0 - preview-1.2.1 (2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2020.2.0b7)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Runtime errors), preview.4-1.0.0 (Console errors), preview.5-1.0.0, preview.8-1.0.0 (Build errors), 1.3.0 (Runtime errors)
Tested with: iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
