[iOS][Metal] Splash screen is flickering when no camara is in scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build for iOS
3. Run on iOS device
Actual behavior: Unity splash screen starts to flicker after a few seconds

I think my issue was that my .gitignore had ".meta" in it, so none of the .meta files were being uploaded to Cloud Build.
