[iOS][iPhoneX] The UI layout changes when it finishes loading in the background
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project.
2. Import the attached package "QAPackage.unitypackage (29.1 KB)".
3. Build and run the "bootScene" to iOS device.
4. Click the "Button"(It turns grey slightly when clicked).
5. Minimise the application.
6. Wait for 15 seconds.
7. Maximise the application.
Actual behavior (see the attached screenshots (actual vs expected)):
- One UI panel will appear on top of the other panels.
Note:
- Sometimes this issue will reproduce without steps 5 and 7.

iPhone X iOS 11.3

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
New instantiated object is placed in range of the screen. If we compare iPhone 7 - which did not reproduce the issue, the object is placed higher than the screen resolution, that way hiding the canvas.
