[iOS][GLES2/3] Low performance when Image Effect is used on depth only camera
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS
3. Press "Clear Flag" and it will switch to skybox
4. Performance will increase
5. Press "Clear Flag" again and performance will decrease
6. Changing resolution with DepthOnly also improves performance (Click "Native res" button)
Note: reducing resolution by 1% is enough to see huge difference. Metal API does not have this bug.
