[iOS] GameController.framework is included in an empty project when Input.GetJoystickNames is not referenced
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1403153_2019436f1.zip")
2. Build the Xcode project and open it
3. Note that the "Gamecontroller.framework" is present in the project's configuration and framework's virtual folder
4. Remove the "test.cs" script from the project and build it again
5. Note that the "Gamecontroller.framework" is still present despite the script being gone
Expected result: The Gamecontroller framework is only included if Input.GetJoystickNames is referenced
Actual result: The Gamecontroller framework is present in the project's configuration even if Input.GetJoystickNames is not referenced
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5
