[iOS] Controller is not recognized if pairing is done before starting Unity app
Steps to repro:
1. Build iOS project with SimpleDemo_UsingActionAsset scene
2. Run on iOS device where DualShock is already paired
3. Notice that sticks don't move camera
4. Go to Settings -> bluetooth and pair PS4 DualShock Controller
5. Return to application and see that sticks now move camera
Expected result: Input should work on step 3

iPhone 11 iOS 13.4.1
iPhone XR iOS 13.2
No repro on:
N/A, Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F), Android 8.0.0, CPU: Exynos 9 Series 9810, GPU: Mali-G72
Controllers tested on:
PS4 DualShock Controller
Xbox ONE S controller
Reproduced in: 2018.4, 2020.2
