[iOS] Audio playback doesn't start immediately after resuming an app on some iOS devices
When audio is played in an app, it doesn't resume immediately when the app returns from sleep.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the latest attached project (882319_ResumeSound.zip).
2) Build for iOS.
3) Run on a device.
- A beeping sound is playing continuously and a cube is rotating in the scene.
4) Tap the home button to return to main screen.
5) Tap on the app to return to the app.
- The cube starts rotating after ~0.3 seconds.
- The sound starts playing after ~2 seconds.
The sound doesn't start playing immediately, as expected. This doesn't occur with non-Unity apps. Does not reproduce on Android - audio playback starts immediately.

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
We are not going to fix this issue now because it is fairly minor and the restart delay seems to be very short in iPhone 6S and beyond. We will keep this in mind when we work on future versions of the audio engine.
