[ARFoundation][ARKit] ARMeshManager meshes flicker when ARWorldAlignment is set to GravityAndHeading
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "arfoundation-samples.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Slowly move the camera around and observe the meshes
Expected result: The meshes don't start flickering
Actual result: The generated meshes start flickering
Reproducible with: 2020.3.10f1 (4.1.7), 2021.1.9f1 (4.2.0-pre.7), 2021.2.0a18 (4.2.0-pre.7)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (Console errors/ARFoundation requires 2020.3+)
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
