[AR Foundation] [URP] enabling Depth Texture causes the Camera to render black
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project in "Hatton 07.zip"
2. Build for iOS and deploy the project
3. Allow Camera access
4. Inspect the screen
Expected result: You will see some dots and in the background, the camera will be visible
Actual result: The camera is rendered black
Workaround: Disable Depth Texture on the rendering pipeline asset in use
Reproducible with: URP 11.0.0, (2021.1.0f1), URP 12.0.0, (2021.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.1f1 because of package errors
Notes: AR Foundation 4.1.5 was used for testing, but I assume the issue is with URP since it gets resolved after disabling Depth Texture on URP rendering asset
