[iOS] Application.RequestUserAuthorization doesn't work if you request authorization without using the requested API in C#
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (webcamrequest.zip)
2. Switch to iOS
3. Build 'SampleScene' and deploy Xcode project to device
4. Notice there is no request to authorize Microphone or WebCam usage even though both of them are requested with Application.RequestUserAuthorization
Notes:
Works correctly if you use the needed API (WebCamTexture or Microphone) somewhere within the build project.
Reproduced with: 2017.4.8f1, 2018.3.0b2

Resolution Note:
Authorization requests can only be done when the corresponding framework is included. We might address this in the future in a new API.
