[iOS][Android] InputFields no longer highlight text when selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new project
2. Add an InputField object
3. Switch to Android and build and run to device
4. Tap on InputField and write something, then deselect
5. Tap on InputField again
6. Notice that the text is not highlighted
Expected result: InputFields no longer highlight text when selected
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b10, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.1.0a5
Not reproduced in: 2018.1.0a4, 2017.4.6f1, 2017.3.2f1
Regression since: 2018.1.0a5
