Invalid AABB and NaN collider values when editing collider using shift to scale shape uniformly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "PhysicsProfiler"
3. Select "Cube" in hierarchy and enable Edit mode for its collider
4. By dragging collider handle make collider thin (size x = 0) on X axis
5. When that's done press and hold shift key to perform uniform collider scaling
6. Move the same handle to make collider even thinner
Actual behaviour: as soon as you move the handle console is spammed with "Invalid AABB *this" and collider values are populated with NaN
Expected behaviour: handles can't be moved to make collider thinner than 0
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b3
