Regression
Yes
Instantiating a RectTransform hierachy results with an incorrect position of a child RectTransform
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Expand Canvas hierarchy
4. Notice that "slot_layout(Clone)"/.../"DurabilitySlider" has different RectTransfrom values from the original
Expected result: "slot_layout(Clone)"/.../"DurabilitySlider" has the same RectTransform values as the original game object
Actual result: "slot_layout(Clone)"/.../"DurabilitySlider" inherits some RectTransform values from its parent object "Info Panel"
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.1p4, 2017.3.1p2, 2018.1.0b4
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a2
Note:
- Changing the Anchor presets for DurabilitySlider GO causes various weird Rect Transform value changes after instantiation

This issue is not just limited to instantiation. I have experienced the same issue from saving and loading a scene that contains a rect transform.
