Instantiated canvas element size is different from original element if scale mode isn't set to Constant Pixel Size
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 864193_repro.zip and open "new" scene
2. Press play. Notice instantiated buttons are different scale than original.
3. Change Canvas UI Scale Mode to Constant Pixel Size and press play
Expected results: Instantiated canvas element size should be the same as the original's one.
Actual results: Instantiated canvas element size varies compared to original element
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b3, 5.5.0p3, 5.4.3p4, 5.3.7p2
