InstanceID is missing from the Debug inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “Global Volume“ GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. In the Inspector window, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right and switch the view mode to Debug
5. Observe the Inspector window in Debug mode
Expected result: InstanceID is visible
Actual result: InstanceID is not visible
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0a8, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0a7
