Regression
No
“Install package from git URL” and “Install package by name” tab does not close when resizing undocked Package Manager window and gets pushed outside the window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Package Manager window (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
- Make sure the Package Manager window is not docked
- Click on the "+" button and select “Install package from git URL”
- Resize the Package Manager window
- Observe the Package Manager window
Actual results: The “Install package from git URL” tab does not close when resizing is initiated and moves outside the Package Manager window
Expected results: The “Install package from git URL” tab closes as soon as resizing is initiated
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
Notes:
- The “Install package from git URL” tab closes as soon as the Package Manager resizing is initiated when the Package Manager window is docked, this is not the case when the window is not docked
