Inspector window Generic animation's behavior differs in Y axis when root motion node is none
To reproduce:
1. Create empty project, import my FBX
2. In project window, select the imported FBX
3. In Inspector window, play the animation preview
Expected: objects animates normally
Actual: while animating Y axis, root node is animated instead of object, object movement stutters (check .gif attached)
Reproduced in: 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.3.0a3
Note: other strange behavior - object's Y movement is slightly affected by animation's playback speed
Note: assumingly, correct behavior can be seen when root motion is set to Root Transform, or in Play mode
