Inspector doesn’t show the Animation preview window when selecting the Animator’s Blend Tree node
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Animation-preview-bug-repro.zip” project
2. In the Project window, open “cube_animator.controller”
3. In the Animator window, open the “Blend Tree” node
4. Select the “Blend Tree” node
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The animation preview window is shown
Actual result: The animation preview window is not shown
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.2.0b16
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- the animation preview window appears if closing the Inspector window and adding it
- the height of the animation preview window can be changed, but the window is empty, and nothing is visible

I'm having the same problem with windows version 2023.2.3f1
