Inspector Debug Mode UI is broken in 2018.3.0a6
Inspector Debug Mode UI for a game object does not load properly and errors are thrown in console.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity and create a new project.
2. Select a gameObject in hierarchy window
3. Go to Inspector window.
4. Click top right DropDown Button.
5. Select Debug Mode.
Actual Result: Debug Mode window does not load properly and errors are thrown in console.
Expected Result: Debug Mode window should load without any issues.
Reproducible On: 2018.3.0a6
Working Fine On: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2
