InputField.OnValueChange event not triggered when setting input field value from code
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open main scene
3. Press play
4. Enter some symbols into input field
5. Notice that messages when symbols are entered
6. Click Set random value button
7. Notice that no messages are printed when input field text is changed through script
