InputAction array dropdown expansion and arrows are broken in the Inspector window
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select the "Input array" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Click the "2D Vector" element in the Inspector window
Expected result: The arrows are before the text and the element can be expanded
Actual result: The arrows are overlayed with the text and the element cannot be expanded
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS 12.0.1 (Intel)
