[Input System] Unity Events called twice when using Player Input Manager and Player Input
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Click the left mouse button
4. Inspect the Console Window
Expected result: Unity Event is called once
Actual result: Unity Event is called twice
Reproducible with: 1.0.2, 1.1.0-preview.3 (2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 1.1.0-pre.5 (2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Couldn't test with 2018.4.35f1 (Unity Events are not triggered in the provided project)
