[Input System] UI controls break when Player's Input Auto-Switch is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project
2. Enter play mode in "SampleScene"
3. Try moving the white ball from the UI by holding the mouse 1
Expected result: Ball is moving smoothly
Actual result: Ball is moving only to one direction each time
Reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7), 1.1.0-pre.5 (2022.1.0a5)
Notes:
Ball is moving smoothly when Auto-Switch is disabled
