An action occurs without an input when multiple Inputs are assigned to that action
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "case_1353866" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Tap Spacebar or Down Arrow keyboard key with a rest between each tap
Expected result: The Cube GameObject is not moving forward when the Spacebar or Down Arrow is tapped
Actual result:The Cube GameObject is moving forward sometimes for a few seconds when the Spacebar or Down Arrow is released
Reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2019.4.30f1), 1.1.0-pre.5 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 1.1.1 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7)
