Windows Editor misses some right mouse clicks right after cursor is locked and unlocked if left mouse button is held down
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open the scene "SampleScene" (Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity) and enter Play mode
3. Click the right mouse button inside the Game window a few times, observe the red "circle" GameObject disappears when the button is pressed
4. Hold the left mouse button while clicking the right mouse button, observe the red "circle" GameObject
Expected result: the GameObject disappears when the right mouse button is pressed
Actual result: the GameObject stays visible when the right mouse button is pressed
Reproducible with: 2020.3.6f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.5f1
