[Input System] Mouse movement interferes with gamepad's joystick
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "MouseGamepadInterfaceExample.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In Game View, move Gamepad's left joystick left while moving computer mouse around
4. Observe Console window
Expected result: A single input is logged
Actual result: Multiple inputs are logged
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b3 (Input System 1.0.0, 1.1.0-preview.1)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1 (console errors break project)
Note:
Could reproduce with Xbox One controller, but not with Xbox 360 controller emulator

- Prefab override popup is cropped/positioned incorrectly when more than one display is used and a higher display Scale is set
- Opening a dropdown on a small screen results in its instant closing when mouse cursor is pressed where the dropdown is going to be opened
