[Input System] IsPressed() keeps returning true when it was true before losing focus from the Game view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Hold down the Alt button and press on Project browser (or lose the focus from Game view some other way)
4. Let go of the Alt button and observe the Game view
Expected result: Cube is not visible
Actual result: Cube is visible (even after focusing back to Game view)
Reproducible with: 1.1.0-preview.3 - 1.1.0-pre.5 (2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 1.1.0-preview.2 (2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5)
Could not test: 2019.4 (could not downgrade)
Notes:
1. Issue can be solved by focusing on Game view and pressing the Alt button again
2. Reproducible on macOS and Windows
3. Reproducible in Editor and Player
