[macOS + Input System] FPS decreases in Player after connecting a DualSense controller
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-88974“ project
2. Navigate to File → Build Profiles
3. Select Development Build and Build and Run
4. In the Player, observe the Development Console
5. Wirelessly connect a DualSense controller
6. Observe the Development Console
Expected result: No significant changes observed in FPS
Actual result: FPS decreases significantly
Reproducible with: 6000.0.28f1 (1.8.2, 1.11.2), 6000.1.0a6 (1.11.2)
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1 (1.6.3), 6000.0.28f1 (1.6.3, 1.8.0, 1.8.1)
Reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (Intel), macOS 14, 15.1 (M2)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 (not reproducible after drivers were installed)
Notes:
- Reproducible with DualSense, but not with DualShock 4 (by user), Xbox Wireless Controller, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
- Not reproducible when DualSense is connected wired
- Decreases to 3 FPS
