Input of left and right arrow keys cannot be used for navigation when opening any Object Picker
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open any object picker (ex.: from created material)
3. Try navigating the Object picker window with arrow keys
Expected: Object picker window can be navigated with arrow keys
Actual: Object picker window can be navigated by UP and DOWN arrows
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a2, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a12
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.17f1, 2018.2.0a1
Note: all arrow keys work after focusing the Object picker window

Latest issues

Resolution Note:
When you open the Object picker the Textfield has focus, the Left and Right keys are used by the text field to move the caret.
You can tab to the object list, and then the left and right are available again.
UP and Down are not used by the single line TextField, so it can be propagated to the object list.
