Input Actions window appears with no name when canceling unsaved changes dialog
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “NoName”
2. In the Project window open “Assets/New Controls.inputactions”
3. In the Input Actions window click on the “+” sign
4. Close the window and click on the “Cancel” button
5. Observe the name of the recreated window
Expected result: A name is visible at the top of the recreated window
Actual result: The window appears with no name
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a11, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.3.1
