'inl_render Camera' (deep profile - Render2dLightingPass Execute) allocates 36B of garbage when 2D Light in Game View is visible
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "LightGCAllocation_stripped2.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Open Profile window and enable Deep Profile
3. Enter Play mode
4. In Profiler window, click on the graph
5. Search for "Render2dLightingPass.Execute()"
6. Observe the amount of Allocated Garbage
Expected result: no garbage is allocated
Actual result: 36B of garbage every frame is allocated
Reproducible with: 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15 (7.3.1, 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.14)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (2D Lights were not yet implemented)
