[InitializeOnLoad] script using AssetDatabase.IsValidFolder returns false on "Reimport All"
Reproduction steps(GIF attached):
1. Open attached project.
2. Right mouse button click anywhere in the "Project" tab and select "Reimport All".
3. Click "Reimport".
3. Notice that folder structure duplicates.
