Initial splashscreen is aligned incorrectly on HTC 8X
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and deploy any project to HTC 8X C620e, OS version 8.0.10327.77
2. Launch application
3. Notice how splashscreen is smaller at first, but later gets realigned with the screen.
4. Reproducible with both default and custom splashscreens.
Could not reproduce on Nokia Lumia 920, 1020 and HTC 8S A620e, Samsung Ativ S SCH-i930
