Increased Audio file ImportedSize when Compression Format is Vorbis
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1341742.zip" project
2. In the Project window, select File1/FIle2
3. Observe its ImportedSize in the Inspector
Expected result: File1 Imported size is ~94.9 KB, File2 Imported size is ~10.5 KB
Actual result: File1 Imported size is ~130.1 KB, File2 Imported size is ~17.5 KB
Reproducible with: 2019.4.6f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.5f1
Note: For some Audio files, changing quality (e.g. from 1 to 100) does not affect the Imported Size
