Incorrect values in ReadPixel for some 16bit GraphicsFormat when on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Expand ‘Bug’ GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Select any ‘Invalid’ GameObject
4. Look at the Inspector
Expected result: Density curve is the same as the Element curve
Actual result: Density curve differs from the Element curve
Reproducible with: 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2020.3.40f1 (Console errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)

On 2020.3 U16 RG and U16 RGBA is not supported for image ReadPixel, so these are not expected to work in 2020.3
