Regression
Yes
Incorrect Recording resolution with explicit GameView resolution
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project "RecorderIssue"
2. Open Recorder Window (Window > General > Recorder)
3. Create a Movie recorder and set the Output to 4k
4. Set the Game View to 1080p and click record in the Recorder
5. Set the Game View to 4K and click record in the Recorder
6. Compare the images in the Recordings folder in the project
Expected result: The two recordings should be identical in quality
Actual result: The video recorded with a 1080p Game View is upscaled to 4k losing quality
Reproducible with: 2.4.0 (2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 2.3.0 (2020.1.17f1)
